Founded on Nov. 5, 2001, Nanjing Panda Hitachi Techno Co., Ltd. was established by Nanjing Panda Electronics Co., Ltd. and Nippon Hitachi Industry Co., Ltd., with the total investment of Japanese Yen 285 million and registered capital of Japanese Yen 200 million. Panda holds 49% of the registered capital, and Nippon Hitachi Industry Co., Ltd. holds 51%. The term of joint venture is twenty years. Its main scope includes the production, sales and maintenances of SMT screen printers and its relative parts. Nippon Hitachi Industry Co., Ltd. was founded on Oct. 1, 2001, and established by former Hitachi Techno engineering Co., Ltd.. Its products covers three kinds of industrial mechanism, electronics and engineering, including adjustable-speed motors, refrigerating machines, screen printers, SMD printers, flow welding equipment and circumstance testing system etc..
